Every Thursday night I walk the lake loop at Lakeline Park. 2.5 miles around the water. It takes about an hour.
After the walk we hang around for a bit. Soda. Music. Good conversation.
You don't have to be sober to come. You don't have to have a problem. You just have to want to walk.
